Tissue Collage class for kids at the Dahmen Barn

On Saturday, March 27, from 1 to 2:30, kids aged 7 and above are invited to learn tissue collage with resident artisan Katherine Clancy at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown. Participants will learn to cover a glass bottle or jar with tissue to make a colorful vase and then will create tissue paper flowers for the vase. Each child should bring a glass container such as a salad dressing, vinegar or Snapple bottle. All other materials will be supplied. The cost is $16.50 and the class is limited to 12 students. Katherine Clancy is a primarily a watercolor artist. She has studio space at the Dahmen Barn and enjoys teaching classes for kids to inspire them to the arts.
